Use the wooden spoon to mix the oils and salts of the Body Scrub evenly. Massage onto clean, damp skin in circular motions; rinse well. Use up to twice a week.

During exfoliation, pay particular attention to dry and rough areas, elbows, knees, cuticles and heels. We promise this will give you babysoft skin!

1. Should I use the Body Scrub before or after washing? 
   Soap, shower gel, or body wash should be used before applying the Body Scrub. This way your skin is clean and primed up for the Body Scrub to do its magic!
2. How often should I use the Body Scrub?
   We recommend to use our Body Scrub up to twice a week. If your skin is very dry or sensitive, you may want to exfoliate only once a week.
3. Can I use the Body Scrub all over my face?
   No. The Body Scrub formula is specially designed for the body. For the face, you can use our 2 in 1 Face Polisher.
4. How can I improve the replenishing benefits of the Body Scrub?
   Right after exfoliation, use the Silky Body Lotion for a smoother and softer finish on the skin.
