退款政策

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE (Singapore)

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. 

In the event you choose to deliver your return package back to us by courier/mail, Sabon Singapore will not bear the return shipping costs of the items.

 

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE (Malaysia)

All Goods Sold to Malaysia are Strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. 

 

RETURN PROCEDURE *Only applicable within Singapore.

To request for a return, please fill up and submit our Request Form. We will get back to you on the available return options.

All returned items must be undamaged and unused, complete with original tags and/or original packaging if applicable. All defectives not raised within 10 days of receipt are considered acceptable by you.

All refunds and exchange is subject to Proof of Purchase with Original Invoice attached together with all original and undamaged packaging. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. 

 

REFUNDS

All goods sold are strictly Non-Refundable in Cash. If your refund is applicable, the amount spent will be credited back to your payment method.

Amount refunded excludes the original cost of shipping.
